General Booking Terms and Conditions

Making a booking through the web page involves the express acceptance on the part of the customer of each and every general condition, which are considered an integral part of the booking in accordance with the specific legislation in force.

Methods of payment

Mastercard and Visa accepted as methods of payment.

Bookings and refunds

When a booking is made, it is done by a secure card (Visa or Mastercard) payment of a deposit , whose amount is indicated on the booking engine. A booking is not considered firm until this deposit has been paid. The rest of the payment must be made at the beginning of the provision of the service, otherwise the booking is considered to be cancelled according to the conditions detailed in the cancellation section.

Customers will receive details of their bookings by e-mail, and all associated information.

The transaction will be carried out in EUROS, no matter what the origin of the customer.


The first night will be charged on the day of booking.  But from June until September,  the first two nights will be charged on the day of booking.

Refundable deposit depending on the cancellation policy.

Included with the booking

The services detailed according to the booking conditions stipulated at the time of making the booking.

Not included/ Included

  • V.A.T.  included in the price.
  • Tourism fee non included in the price.
  • Breakfast not included in the price (only accommodation).


Customer´s responsabilities

On making the booking, the customer is fully and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all the information that has to be given. If it proves to be incorrect, this could lead to the cancellation of the booking.


The changes involving a reduction in the number of nights reserved may be subject to cancellation commisions.

The changes involving an increase in the number of nights reserved will be subject to availability. In such a case, the price will be amended proportionally.


Customers may cancel the services requested or contracted at any time, with the right to the return of any amount they might have paid as an advance deposit, but they will have to compensate the tourist establishment they have booked under the conditions described below:
Cancellation of the booking confers the right to retain, by way of compensation, a maximum of the following percentage of the deposit required:

– 5% of the amount of the deposit when the cancellation is made more than thirty days before the date fixed for occupying the accommodation

– 50% of the amount of the deposit when it is made fewer than thirty days but more than seven days in advance.

– 100% of the amount of the deposit when it is made seven days in advance or fewer.

The date to make the cancellations depends of the time and the date where the hostel is situated and it not depends of your residence country.
